The Monaco residential property market delivered a year of contrasts in 2025. While new property sales declined following exceptional levels in 2024, the resale market surged, reaching record transaction values and confirming Monaco’s continued position as one of the world’s most resilient and prestigious real estate markets.

Overall, 493 residential transactions were recorded, representing a total market value of €5.9 billion. This stable headline figure conceals a clear shift in momentum from new developments towards resales of existing luxury properties.
